Kawa March 13

At the third in our series of Tuesdays at Kawa on March 13, we shared information on books we were reading, did pen and ink sketches, and did short readings of poetry. Inspired by one of the books shared - Listening Is an Act of Love by Dave Isay (interviews from the Storycorps project in the United States) - we listened to each other's stories from our journeys on the road of life. Another book shared was Northern Bush Craft by Mors L. Kochanski, a lavishly illustrated manual on wilderness survival, shared by Michael Falconar, who is a wilderness survival instructor.

This coming Tuesday (March 20) is at Eau Claire, to see the movie "Black Panther." The film actually starts at 5:50 PM, not 5:20, but it's important to be there early to make sure we all get our tickets and find our seats.
