Tuesday September 11 we’ll be at Second Cup in Kensington / Sunnyside, and Wednesday September 12 at Vendome. The dialogues start at 6 PM.

Tuesday we’ll share ideas for projects that promote healthy communities locally and globally. A good question to get started is: What would a truly healthy global community look like? How would the inhabitants of Earth use the more than one trillion dollars currently devoted to the warfare system each year? What would they do in their daily lives? What would their local communities be like? That topic is just for starters. Improvisation is the name of the game.

For Wednesday pick a topic and tell us about it in five minutes.

Last Tuesday we talked about how to show respect to others and how to earn respect from others; and five simple concepts that can be used as a toolkit for changing everything. We decided on a “tiny houses” field trip as our excursion for September (details to follow). On Wednesday, there were remarkable contributions to “rat school” from about a dozen participants.
