Those who showed up last Wednesday learned a bit about the Drop-In Centre, the World Economic Forum, and economic options for the future, including a universal basic income.

Our topic for next Wednesday (October 16) is the future. Bring one or two good questions about the future. There are many ways of coming up with such questions. For example, you might first think of a movement or organization that’s concerned in some way about the future, such as Extinction Rebellion or the movement that informs the work at Folk Tree Lodge, and then create a couple of questions related to what that movement or organization is doing and saying.

We’ll meet this coming Wednesday October 16 at the Humainologie Gallery & Store, 1514 Seventh Street SW, and the dialogue will start at 6:00 PM.
