Dialogue, book giftival, and dessert and healthy snacks buffet this Wednesday January 29 at Humainol

With Zoe facilitating, we’ll meet this Wednesday January 29, 6:00 PM, at the Humainologie Gallery & Store, 1514 Seventh Street SW. Healthy snacks were added to the buffet for the first time last Wednesday.

Here’s Zoe’s orientation for us: For this week we're going to focus on group dynamic. The evening will start out with a herbal tea party followed by a short breath work session leading into a group game. The intent is to get into a shared head space and work our imaginations!
