Jorg Ostrowski update

I just wanted those of you who had attended the dialogue events and had heard about Jorg Ostrowski being in hospice (and that we were planning to go to the hospice on Sunday to celebrate his life) that Jorg passed away today about 3:30 PM. I am also sending this to Board members of the Calgary Social Capital Society, and to a few others.

I had been there with Jorg, his wife Helen, and Myra D'Souza for about an hour this afternoon; and later I received a call from Myra that Jorg died about 3:30 PM, about an hour after I had left. The process of supporting Helen is already well underway. Mahendra, Naomi, and their two children also visited Jorg today and have offered Helen the option of coming out to Folk Tree Lodge any time, and even of living there with them if she wishes to do so. So our circle of friendship here in Calgary is growing stronger and brighter day by day by day. Arthur
