These dialogue emails have become important to my own mental health, and I hope they enhance yours as well.

And here are links to a few articles about grocery shopping during the pandemic. In brief, cashiers are at high risk of exposure to COVID-19. Wash your hands and keep them away from your face. (I would add it is probably wise to have a young person shopping for you if you’re in a higher risk age group like me; they could leave your groceries at your doorstep.)
