“Spread love everywhere you go. Let no one ever come to you without leaving happier.” - Mother Theresa

“The way happiness works is that it creates the condition for love to flourish and you cannot have one without the other, they are two sides of a coin.” https://bit.ly/39i1hNZ This month, January 2021, our creative dialogue theme has been Happiness. Kelly McGonigal has a new book on the connection between happiness and even small amounts of exercise https://www.npr.org/sections/health-shots/2020/01/04/790346204/hope-happiness-and-social-connection-hidden-benefits-of-regular-exercise You can get small amounts of exercise with an immediate effect on your happiness by dancing, and here’s another warm-up exercise for Wednesday, just for fun: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cTfxennz3xU This Wednesday January 27, we’ll select our creative dialogue theme for February. Our guest, who will share his wisdom on where to find happiness, will be Imam Fayaz Tilly, whose biographical sketch is appended below this message. You have already received the menu of possibilities for themes that we developed at our dialogue in early January. Two dialogue artists have already sent in their votes, one for Love and one for Positive Deviance. Here is the Zoom link for team practice this Wednesday, where you can give your vote for our February theme.
