In a TEDx talk about listening, William Ury (co-author of Getting to Yes: Negotiating Agreement without Giving In) suggests that if we all became better at listening, it might make all the difference for the world and for the future: “What if on radio and TV we had not just talk shows, but listen shows?  What if we had not just peace talks, but peace listens?
